The study’s primary purpose is to assess the probabilistic impact of corruption in climate finance on achieving zero emissions. This scientific problem highly relevant since largest recipients international assistance are countries with significant public sector. Thus, it necessary increase transparency use funds and strengthen accountability. study used methods survival analysis, namely Kaplan-Meier approach Cox proportional hazards regression model, investigate 114 that received during 2005-2021. empirical analysis showed most probable time frame for 5% reduction greenhouse gas emissions five years. Moreover, response reducing faster medium levels than high very corruption. Two covariates (the level volume finance) likely affect achievement net were chosen build model. empirically confirms a 1-point Corruption Perceptions Index, probability increases by 2.4581%, while does not have statistically performance indicator. It suggests current investment underdeveloped incapable mitigating negative change.
